TERMS OF SERVICE & HARDWARE AGREEMENT

By accessing lanternloopstr.monster or purchasing hardware modifications, solar vault components, or installation services from Lanternloopstr Performance Mods LLC, you agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from utilizing our online platforms and services.

2. AFTERMARKET MODIFICATIONS DISCLAIMER

All products engineered by Lanternloopstr (including Helios-X Solar Vaults, long-travel air lifts, and ECU vector controllers) are aftermarket accessories engineered for custom or off-road off-grid application. Installation of aftermarket hardware may alter vehicle manufacturer warranty terms. The vehicle owner accepts sole responsibility for inspecting hardware installation compliance with local motor vehicle safety regulations.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All designs, high-density maximalist interface assets, CAD schematic renders, technical articles, and brand logos published on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Lanternloopstr Performance Mods LLC. Unauthorized scraping or duplication is strictly prohibited.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Lanternloopstr Performance Mods LLC be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from off-road operation, improper self-installation, or thermal overload resulting from unverified third-party electrical modifications.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
